Unless I am really confused, you do not have a Soundblaster chipset in
that unit. See:

Note to warning about improper detection of soundblasters during install.
What you do have is Crystal chipset with provides Soundblaster emulation
under winos2 and dos.
Let me see the output of pci.exe so we can confirm what you really have in
this box.
Take a look at the attached mmpm2.ini. You will see you are missing most
of what's needed for a working audio setup.
