Hmmm, I had thought FAT-32 somewhat more capable than that, considering it=
is supposed to work with partitions in the 30G to 60G range=2E I have see=

some serious stability problems with large NTFS partitions (I think Tony
mentioned this also, at the last meeting)=2E That being said, I have NEVE=

seen anything close to 50K files stored in one directory, regardless of th=
e
partition type=2E Wouldn't that get to be unmanageable in any case, as a
practical matter ?
