That is SOP (standard operating procedures) for many ISPs.

Why is someone trying to send email directly to another email server from a
DUL? If someone wants to have their own email server on a DUL they should set
it up to forward the email from thier email server to their ISPs email server.
That way the email will not be seen as comming from a DUL.
