Were those headers from one email? They don't look right to me but the headers
we really need to see are the ones in the original message which is included.

Not so different than some of what I do.

This says that "enviropolicy.com" does not have a user "marka". Since you did
not tell us what the email addresses are for each hop on its way to it final
destination I don't know if this is a correct error message or not. If marka
is a valid email address on enviropolicy.com then there may have been a
temporary error.

It looks like Peter is using OS/2 sendmail. This will send email from Peter's
machine directly to another systems email server (direct to MX) without going
through GENUITY's email server. Some email servers will not receive email from
a dial-up line, GENUITY considers these DSL connections the equivalent of a
dial-up.

In this case it is hard to tell if that is the problem or the error message is
incorrect and the message was really dropped because the email is coming from a
dial-up connection. The message seems a little confusing.

> <<< 553 4.60.66.* rejected due to spam, contact 480-505-8877 (Attack

Seems to say that any address 4.60.66.* are a spam source.

> 550 ... User unknown

But this say the user is unknown on this email server.

Did you call 480-505-8877?
