It will be useful, if you are going to use it. :-)

If you have an IBM support contract you can open a PMR to request a copy.
If you own eCS you can request a copy from Serenity/Mensys. They might be
required by their OEM contract to limit distribution to eCS developers,
but you will not know unless you ask.
