This is a reasonable conclusion. If you need java outside the browser an=

This is true. Of course, that's not the only version it can put on your
hard drive and if you do a migrated install, it will leave the versions i=

True although you forgot to recall that you might need to uninstall the
java11 plugin.

I suspect you are confused. FI required Netscape. There was a time when=

Netscape/FI was required to install Java 1.3.1, but that is no longer the=

case.
