marka is a valid email address at enviropolicy.com.

Where might the error be coming from? It seems to happen frequently (at
least to Peter!), and now I heard about it from someone else. It doesn't
seem to happen with E-mail to my relaypoint.net address. How best should I
ask the source of the problem to address it? I can't afford to have it
happen.
