Subject: SCOUG-Help: Mozilla hangs

I now know what was causing the hang in Mozilla.

A few months ago I installed SwitchProxy. I have not used it because it did
not do what I thought it would do. This program checks for updates so sometime
today the IP and/or domain name became invalid. So when I started Mozilla
SwitchProxy went to check for any updates and hung up. Because this code is
not PM code and did not return to Mozilla until it timed-out the PM input queue
was not responding. I have disabled the check for updates in SwitchProxy and
need to see if I can figure out how to uninstall it.
