Subject: SCOUG-Help: Moziilla Antics

Content Type: text/plain

A couple of weeks ago. Mozilla 1.7.3 , which I am running under ecs 1.1,
hijacked my home page, http://my.yahoo.com and refuses
to give it up when I change back to my.yahoo in the location box.
Also, it ate my inbox messages and does so if I leave the Mail window
(does not save them) and does not save the mail preferences. Since I
am going to install 1.2 on a virgin hard drive in one of the Fry's
specials I bought, I have put up with the inconveniences.

Today, a friend running Moz 1.7.12 on a Win XP box mentioned that Moz is
also eating the inbox on shutdown or leaving Mail.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Regards,

George
