I start with -ProfileManager. That opens a box with all established
profiles. Also, the following works for SM, FF and TB. All browsers
can share plugins. And, bookmarks, mail and news can be shared cross
platform.

SET MOZ_PLUGIN_PATH=H:\MOZPROFILES\PLUGINS
