The scenter and dock.* stuff holds the settings for the WarpCenter. Most
eCS users choose not to run this, although it is available.
FWIW, the existance of these files gives some hint of the WarpCenter's
heritage. The WarpCenter derives from the Lotus Smartcenter orginally
implemented on Windows. Thus the non-standard, for OS/2, configuration
files.
