If I boot DOS, and there is a USB HDD attached, that drive will be
given a drive letter and be read\writable. So far, in this case,
DFSEE shows the drive but PM does not.
If I boot Win 98SE or XP with a HDD plugged in it will be ignored
until I unplug it and plug it back in.
I have a similar situation with the IDE ZIP drive except it is keyed
off the media rather that the drive itself.
