I've always had the "Block Unrequested Popups" box
checked in Mozilla, ever since they introduced that
feature. Problem is, it was never that effective.
(Just discovered two of them in a row from the Univ.
of Phoenix, from the last online session. *These* two
did not actually "pop up" -- I just found their
windows in the e-center bar of active items.)
I have AdBlock and FlashBlock (thanks Sander !), which
work quite well for what they do, and I try to keep
tabs on what's out there in Extension-land. Anyone
know a way to substantially fortify the
anti-popup-window functionality ?
