Subject: SCOUG-Help: Trash Can Problem...!

Yes. This is the dictionary definition of every.

There are tons of them. Every file manager I know of can do this. Even
brain-dead cmd.exe can do

dir /a:d /s \trash*

or if the directory is hidden

dir /a:hd /s \trash*

>(3) On my preferred boot volumes I now have a situation where deleted

Either the directory is probably hidden or you don't really have the
trashcan enabled for this volume.

>(4) Can a directory have a hidden attribute?

Sure. It can also be marked system, read only or have the archive bit
set.

>How can this be seen or
>changed?

With the WPS set the folder Include options to show hidden files. Every
file manager has some method of controlling hidden file and/or directory
visibility.
