Probably better to add it to tcpexit.cmd.

It's the default, if you allow write access. There's not specific
permissions required for the command.

Take a look a your trusers.

> rd:
> wr: H:\WebSpace\MusFC
> loginfo: logall
Try it with
rd: H:\WebSpace\MusFC
Also, test with the correct case. I'm forget how case-sensitive ftpd is
on OS/2.
