I agree.
But did you need resize? In doing what you wanted to do (but with HPFS
and/or JFS, I didn't use resize. You were moving it to another disk, same
as me. I believe that I used either CLONE or MOVE (too busy right now to
look up exactly what I used) to move the contents from one partition on a
disk to another on another disk, the second partition being bigger than
the first.
