Sandy,
USB Storage Devices work fine on my eCS 1.1 machine, but don't work on
my eCS 1.2 machine.

On the 1.1 PC, CONFIG.SYS has:
BASEDRV=USBUCHD.SYS
BASEDEV=USBUCHD.SYS
BASEDEV=USBD.SYS /REQ:USBUCHD$,USBOHCD$,USBEHCD$
BASEDEV=USBHID.SYS
BASEDEV=USBMSD.ADD /FLOPPIES:0 /REMOVABLES:2
REM BASEDEV=USBCDROM.ADD
DEVICE=C:\OS2\BOOT\USBKBD.SYS
DEVICE=C:\OS2\BOOT\USBMOUSE.SYS
REM DEVICE=C:\OS2\BOOT\USBCOM.SYS
DEVICE=C:\OS2\BOOT\USBPRT.SYS
DEVICE=C:\OS2\BOOT\USBRESMG.SYS

When I insert either my Lexar Jump Drive or the PNY USB 2.0 Flash Card
Reader, I get a "Warning" that drive H: has been attached. In fact, I
just, for the first time, inserted both of the devices, and for the
second, I got a warning that drive I: was attached. I read them both,
too, one with Drives, and the other with Fotoget/2.

So, I think this is a working setup. Note: This machine has two USB
ports in the rear of the machine.

I'm going to try and fix the eCS 1.2 machine right now! Note: This
(Dell) machine has four USB ports, two in front, and two in the rear.

Hope this helps,
Colin
