It's not there because you didn't ask for it to be there. It's entirely
possible to install eCS without any of the eCS specific desktop
optizations. This would give you a current code base and a Warp4 Desktop.
It's also possible to most of the Warp4 features, even with the Desktop
enhancements installed. For example, to use WarpCenter you can add
WARPCENTER to AUTOSTART just like always. You probably have to make sure
not to enable too many pulse meters, but it should work.
