I meant to say new subject. You shouldn't use compose to reply to a
previous message.
A rather common - all too common - exception to the one subject per
thread rule, is when one subject gradually evolves into another
subject. At some point someone will take a message that was "Subject
A" and create a reply that has a subject line "Subject B, was Subject
A". Then they will proceed to discuss subject B. This technique is
rarely justified. A different subject deserves it's own thread.
