I can understand why this would cause you problems. The correct syntax is
H:\unifiles\sysrestr >stdout.log 2>stderr.log
Computers are stupid. They do what you tell them to. You told sysrestr
to restore the generation name stdout.log and it tried its best and died
while trying.

A classic case of a computer doing what you told it to.
