Subject: SCOUG-Help: detecting hard disk

Content Type: text/plain

I just received my new tower (ANTEC SLK1650B) from MWAVE.
I requested no operating system and components with the longest
available warranty. The components are:
1. ASUS P5LD2 INTEL 945P chipset
2 . INTEL PENTIUM 4.630 3.0GHZ
3. KINGSTON KVR533D2N4K2/1G 2X512
4. LITE ON SOHR-5239V CDRW/sv
5. MITSUMI 1.44 floppy drive
6. US ROBOTIC 56K 3090 OEM.IN.WIN
7. ATI RADEON X1300PRO 256MB PCIE
8. WD 80GB 800JD SATA 8MB 7200RPM

I looked at the BIOS, but I do not have the
knowledge to werify or change the options.

When attempting to install eCS 1.2, when it reaches
LVM it does not seem to be able to find my hard disk.
Instead under "Installable volumes" it reports :
Z: eCS Memory BOOT disk 7MB FAT Disk 1

Any suggestions on how to access my 80GB hard disk?
