What it to you mean?  The browser?  If so, that means you save two 
different logins for the site.  If not, you'll have to explain what it 
means. 
To get your login problems resolved, submit a support ticket.  Go to 
  www.ecomstation.com 
Click the support link on the upper bar.  Scroll down to the Support 
Tickets section and click the Submit a Support Ticket link. 
You don't need to wait for the login problems to clear up to continue.
