There are two - I'm not sure which is the correct one:

Vendor 10DEh Nvidia Corp
Device 0057h nForce4 Ethernet Controller

Vendor 11ABh Marvell Semiconductor (Was Galileo Technology Ltd) Device
4320h Yukon 88E8001/8003/8010 PCI Gigabit Ethernet Controller (Copper
