Unlikely. More likely you are just seeing an intermittent defect,
somewhere in the system. Could be the PM subsystem, could be SNAP, could

Could be a number of things. Could be that the card is not really
optimized for 2D graphics, which is what you are using. Could be that
SNAP does not fully support accelerating this card.

Only if you think it is broken.

I would recommend going with whatever Scitech says they can support the
best. You might ask this on the Scitech forums.
