I have replaced my HP Deskjet 870 network printer with an Epson C60. I
deleted the HP driver, used the PRNDRV utility to delete the printer, and
I have the Epson printer driver set up exactly as I had the HP. The output
port is SLPR1 and it points to the proper URL.
If I right click on the Epson printer driver, I get a utility menu. When I
go to print a test page, it works just fine. But when I send a document to
the Epson, it appears briefly in the job icon window, disappears, and
nothing gets printed.
It would seem the output is being misdirected. Is there some way to
trouble shoot this?
Thanks,
Sandy
