That's wierd. Best I can tell, it's always on the menu. The mouse
position has nothing to do with it.

Not really. Perhaps mr2ic.ini is corrupted.
FWIW, msgutil is not involved in the context menu. It supports the Ctrl
key combos, such as Ctrl-F3.
