I misread. The "MP3" refers to sound files. It is a 3M still and VGA

The one I called MP4 also references MP3 sound and has MPEG-4 molded

What is the file extension for MPEG-4?

This thing seems to claim to be MPEG-4, but creates AVI files, and I
find nothing in setup to change that, and of course at this moment I
cannot find the docs.
