This is a program file object, not a program object and this might be part
of your problem.

Copy? You can't copy objects to the eCenter. You can only create
shadows. However, I'm saying this so you understand what you have really
done.

Well, it's not really the same thing as your program file object. You are
creating a program (reference) object which can have different
characteristics. Check the session properties noteboot page. Make sure
you are running a windowed session. I've seen cases where none of the
radio buttons gets selected and this can cause problems.
