Christmas brings well-intentioned but difficult gifts. This time
it is a MS wireless optical mouse.
I've seen messages that a logitech wireless mouse can work but not
anything about a MS mouse.
I run my mouse through a KVM switch. The KVM uses a ps2 connector.
The gift I received is a usb mouse w/ a ps2 adapter.
So far I've had no luck with this mouse. It zooms all over the
screen, picks up the windowlist (w/o any button pushes) and
generally creates all kinds of havoc on the desktop.
I have amouse driver on one computer and on my SMP computer I use
mouse.sys (amouse won't work on this one).
Any ideas on getting this to work or is the usb->ps2 MS mouse not
workable?
Thanks, Jon
