Hi Steven, 
If I have the MR2i settings notebook, and the msgutil.cmd file both 
pointing to H:\mozilla\mozilla.exe 
then if I LMB on a URL, a submenu pops up. Then I RMB click on "web 
browser" and Mozilla opens. 
If I have the settings notebook and msgutil.cmd point to 
H:\seamonkey\seamonkey.exe 
then I can only open the browser if Seamonkey (Seamonkey.exe) is already 
running. 
If I have the settings notebook and msgutil.cmd point to 
H:\seamonkey\seamonkey!2l.exe  
then when I LMB click on a URL, the popup menu opens, and a RMB click on 
"web browser" does nothing. 
If I go to x:\mr2i in the command line and run: 
H:\seamonkey\seamonkey!2l.exe, Seamonkey opens. But the LMB click on the 
url brings up the popup menu, but RMB click on "web browser" does nothing. 
I think I am following your instructions, but if I have missed something, 
let me know.
