61.17.92.143 is a Dishnet DSL Ltd., Inda IP address.  Looking at spam I have  
received from eth.net I see that 61.17.92-143.ip-dsl-ngp.eth.net is probably a  
dynamic IP as some of the other eth.net names I see are prefixed with "static".
