I'm not sure if you are asking about a program to copy a cd or to rip it 
to a file and write a cd from the file.  Either way, I use 
Audio/Data-CD-Creator.  It's free and after using it a while, it is easy 
to understand how it works.   I've found BeOS to be easier to use in 
ripping and burning audio cd's, but Audio/Data-CD-Creator is competitive.
