Yes, I tried this.  Based on the results, it looks 
like the cookie acceptance behavior you set there (for 
a particular site) does NOT rule when you have "Block 
Cookies" checked.  This reduces the value of that 
feature to near zero for me.  Because what I was 
always looking for here was in effect one of *only* 
accept cookies from this list of designated sites.  If 
I'm still going about this in the wrong way, perhaps 
you can set me straight.
