What have I done so far? What haven't I done. I have not kept track of
everything I have thrown at this computer.

I believe this was a migration, and I think it may be time to wipe the
partition and start over.

In the meantime -- here is what I have found:

If I "reset the primary video to classical VGA" everything works (DOS,
WINOS2, and my PCI utility.)

When I then reinstall SNAP, I can't run any of those programs (PCI gives
an error message: sys0008 not enough memory to process this command).

Does this information point to anything I can do, or is it time for a
fresh install?
