I called Charter.  First level said "not a Charter problem".  I asked  to elevate to second level.  He said I would have bypass the router
 and run a Win program to get an address.  I said "you assume I am
 running Windows".  Aren't you, if not what?  OS/2.  A Mac?  No, IBM.
 Who?  International Business Machines, ever heard of them?  No.
 
 
Mail still at least a half hour.  I need info I can use to get to  someone who knows something.
