Subject: SCOUG-Help: eCS "install"

Content Type: text/plain

Laptop, XP preinstalled, HDD 40G
XP was 40G NTFS is now 15G, moved 7.8M to make free space. Created
the rest extended. Created 15G NTFS for W2K. Rest is for eCS. Used
PM 8, run from CD while booted from DOS floppy. XP still OK.

Tried to install eCS 1.2rm.
"Disk O reports a corrupt partition table."

This is a very common error message for me. It is also as far as I
have ever gotten, on any machine, without first cleaning the HDD.

Tried to install BM: "Operation is not allowed"

Ray
