Your only choice is charter. They held the message from
18 Jan 2006 19:44:10 -0500
until they sent is along to ZoneEdit at
19 Jan 2006 06:45:23 -0500 (EST)
Steward sent to list message to charter just minutes later at
19 Jan 2006 06:51:23 -0500
That was 4:51AM, our time. The 6 minute lag is slower than normal, so the
SCOUG server must have been processing more spam than usual.
The routing is normal. ZoneEdit is our backup MTA.
