Not to my way of thinking. Installing a video driver is not like
installing a simple, single executable. The install affects several
distinct OS components. The video subsystem, the WPS. It's easy for me
to understand how a partial uninstall could happen.

Frankly, I suspect a FAT32 defect, but that remains to be proven.
