We were shrinking. Jan's statement is correct, but does not apply.
The reason dfsee can not expand is that the logic to rebuild the FAT
tables and directory entries is not yet implemented. This is a messy job
since every data cluster needs to be moved and all the directory entries
need to be adjusted for the new locations of files and EAs. The FAT file
system design is in no way elegant.
