Glad to hear you are now "on time". It's hard to imagine that the date
format has anything to do with it; that's just part of my weirdness from
working on date software for 25 - 30 years. However, I cannot say that
I've ever set a PC's time format to 24H without also setting the date
to a sensible, sortable format, too, whether it was OS/2 or Windows.
