And if I install eCS as say, D:, and don't send it to any other
partition looking for boot files, it will always boot regardless of
partition changes around it?

Intel 2200BG
Realtek RTL8139/810x

AC97 Modem
Sony Ericsson Z500 Serial modem. I assume this one will be a
challenge, it is my cell phone.
