I don't think Warp ever got the ability to lock num on, but there have
been several utilities to do it. eCS added on out-of-the-box.

I happened to be looking at 1.2rw at the time. I think it has always
been easy to find - if you knew where to look. I used to have a
separate utility for keeping num on when switching in and out of DOS,
but I have forgotten the details.
