No. To reinstall you would need to run selective install to reinstall the
base winos2 support and then apply FP15 to bring the code up to date.
This will restore the winos2 ini and registry files to their pristine
settings. You can, of course, recover much of your current settings by
hand editing these files using the current ini and registry files as a
guide.

Overall, it will probably be a lot less work to restore your boot volume
from a recent backup or to fix the specific winos2 problem, whatever it
might be.
