That's hard to believe. I have to suspect the .dsk files on the CD are
the same as what you downloaded from bmtmicro. These .dsk files
definitely include an install.exe written by Chris. I know this because I
ran it here today. It gets unpacked to the root of the first diskette,
IIRC.
Are you sure you did not manage to skip a diskette or manage to insert the
wrong diskette after creating the 4 diskettes.
>1. Insert a blank diskette in your 3.5" drive.
>2. Type "makedsk" (without the quotes)

This will all work just fine as long as you insert the diskette containing
install.exe before starting the install.
