I have a descriptive expression "too many buttons", as in push buttons
on a control panel. I use it to indicate being overwhelmed by options,
each of which must be studied and understood so as to be able to rank,
differentiate or combine it among the other options. You and Google
have just given me 1,560,000 more "buttons".
