That may clear up some of the confusion. There is no install.exe in the zip
file I downloaded. There is an install.txt file which contains

How to install the Graham Utilities
-----------------------------------
Requirements: 4 blank formatted 3.5" 1.44 diskettes.
1. Insert a blank diskette in your 3.5" drive.
2. Type "makedsk" (without the quotes)
3. Follow the directions
That's it!
