> Tools > Options > downloads > View & Edit Actions. Scroll down the list

That's the first thing I tried to do. On my Firefox (1.5.0.2) under
Tools> Options> Downloads> View and edit actions, the list is empty: no
extensions, file types or actions. Two of the buttons at the bottom are
grayed out except for Close.

Any other suggestions?
