It would be of much more help if you posted the RECEIVE headers, that way more
people would be able to offer assistance.

I would say the message came from 195.242.212.58 - ns1.dromex.us. The IP is in
some UK space owned by openhosting.co.uk. The domain ns1.dromex.us is
registered to

My guess is that the computer at 195.242.212.58 has a trojan and is being used
to send spam although it may be owned by the spammer.
