OK -- that was easy to change and check, but it did not help. I still need
the 2 parameter.

I also tried installing eCS 2.0 beta over my other eCS installation (as a
migration). That config.sys has the correct order for code page, and I
made no changes. I ran MR/2 from its original partition and called
Seamonkey from its original partition (the one I use with OS/2 Warp), and
I had the same problem with eCS as I am having with OS/2 Warp -- it would
not load without the 2 parameter.

I could try reinstalling MR/2 and Seamonkey to a different partition and
see if that makes a difference, if you think that would help?
