Subject: SCOUG-Help: install old printer

Content Type: text/plain

I have an old Epson LQ 1500 that I have used to print
album pages. However, since my PC crashed a couple
of months ago, I have not been able to print these pages using
a generic version of an Epson LQ printer. So I would like
to install the original LQ 1500, but unfortunately it is no
longer available as an option. I also found that my old version
of Word Perfect provides access to among others an Epson LQ 1500
on diskette 6. This diskette has only one file which is not
recognised by the printer installer. Is there any way for me
to install an out of date printer?
